Green Light for FET!

Well progesterone be damned my AF started New Year's Eve.  Half way through the shots!  Not really surprising since my body really likes to do what it wants, when it wants!  I went for my u/s on Jan 2/10.  There was 2 small cysts present, I thought for sure they were going to say nope, we'll wait another month.  But they said everything looks good, the cysts will disappear on their own shortly so let's get it going.  I started my estrace on the 3rd, and the tentative transfer date is Jan 21/10.  My SIL's birthday!  Now we wait and see how this all unfolds.

I've caught a nasty head cold again.  I'm trying to suffer through it with no meds, but dang, the head aches kill me!  JD came down with it on New Year's Eve.  And I woke up from a nap on the 2nd with it.  Today is I think the worst day of it, and of course I'm working a 10 1/2 hour day today!  Yippeee!  When I get home at 7:30 tonight I will take a neo and pass out for the night (I hope).

Happy New Year everyone.  I promise I will write a better post when I'm feeling better!

Hello!

My name is Elisabeth, and I am an infertility / repeated pregnancy loss "veteran". You can read a little bit about me and my experiences in my blog: drhousewife.blogspot.com . I am completing a PhD in Counseling Psychology, and my dissertation is focused upon the impact of infertility on marriage. I believe strongly that there is a need for better support services for men and women who are undergoing IF diagnosis and treatment, and my hope is that this study will aid in the development of such services.

I am contacting you after stumbling across your blog. I am recruiting participants for my study, and wanted to invite you and your husband to take part. All that would be involved would be the completion of an online survey, that would take approximately 20 minutes. All couples who complete the surveys will receive a voucher good for a pair of free movie tickets at a Regal Cinemas.

Please let me know if you are interested by emailing me at UTInfertilityResearch@gmail.com .

Best of luck to you!
Elisabeth
