BOOM!
Our lives changed today drastically. JD was called into head office today and advised they are taking away one of our stores.
BOOM!
Our income has been chopped in half. Just like that. And just like that we are now laying off a staff member who's worked for our family for 30 years. Why you ask? Because head office doesn't want him.
BOOM!
His income has just gone to zero!
This could very well be a blessing. Not financially. But family wise. JD will finally be able to be home at least once to twice a week.
I don't know what else to say! I started this post last night and after very little sleep...I'm at a loss for words. I'm just trying to have faith that we will figure this out and that JD will finally realize what he really wants to do career wise.

One of the reasons they are taking our store away is because there is no way I will be returning in the capacity that they want or JD needs. I can't do 5 days a week 12 hour days. Not with 2 at this age. If they were 2 and 4 maybe but not 3 1/2 months and 2 years.

Ughh! I'm so sorry to hear this. How frustrating when you get forced into that corner :P I hope it does turn into something positive though. Best wishes and prayers your way.
