Last Week's Weight : 159 lbs.
Current Weight : 158 lbs. (AF is here too!)
Goal Weight : 145 lbs
Ideal Goal : 125 lbs.
1. Reiterate my Goal and where I stand in reference to it.
Healthy lifestyle and an athletic body. Slowly but surely I will get there. This was definitely easier in my 20's. This weekend I am running my first 5 kms race (run). I have another one on May 12th. And then I think I am going to sign up for a 10 km class. I'm still aiming to do either a triathlon or a duathalon this summer. We'll see....
2. Discuss what I am doing to achieve these goals.
I'm running 3x a week.
Weight workouts 3x per week.
So I'm pretty much dead set on doing some form of cardio for at least a 1/2 an hour a day 6 days a week.
Making healthier choices for my meals.
Trying to focus on eating enough calories to ensure my metabolism keeps firing.
Activities and Goals for this week
Small run tomorrow with some weight exercises.
Saturday - 5 km run
Sunday - day off
Monday - StairMaster and weights.
Tuesday - run with wind sprints
Wednesday - muscle endurance class
Thursday - spin class
Friday - run
